Treatment of penile discharge
It is common problem due to many causes and factors. Firstly, you can increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day. Avoid sex with multi partner. Take metronidazole 500 mg twic edaily for 14 days in addition to azithromycin 1 gram one dose only.
Investigations to do
CBC for level of hemoglobin and WBCs. urine analysis to exclude UTIs and culture from discharge to determine type of bacteria.
