My question is that
since last fews days i feel a high heart beat in my chest as like i feel that my hearts beat one or two times with a high sound open and close

What are the causes of palpitation and abnormal heart sound ?
the most common cause is over tension and lack of sleep and taking overdose from caffein but we must exclude out pathological causes as hypertention atrial fibrillation or supraventicular fibrillation or valve abnormaluties
What are the investigtion ?
- we advice you to do ECG and count heart rate and do ECHO for heart valve and champer
And you must do CBC to exclude out anemia and the level of tsh t3 t4
How to treat ?
sleep eneough time at night
and avoid caffeine before bed time
avoid tension and you can take deanxit 3 times daily
indral one tan daily
indicardin 10 mg for maximum dose 3 times daily
concor 2.5 mg once daily
carbimizapole and thiouracil for hyperthyrodism
if tremors and shaking hand stil exist you take hypoten 50 mg once daily
