in case of increase thyroid hormone in the body then it can be treated by methimazole and in case of decrease of thyroid hormones then levothyroxine can be used and for decrease the GFR to 23 then you should stop any drug that can deteriorate the kidney functio like non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs or aminoglycosides and you should treat hypertension and diabetes if present if the GFR become lowe than 15 the dialysis should be done

you should has thyroid function like TSH and Free T4 to evaluate the thyroid hormones and ultrasound on the neck should be done to exclude the presence of any mass in the thyroid and you should follow up the kidney function and has yoltrasound to evaluate the size of yje kidney and has CBC done to exclude the presence of anemia and should has serum calcium and potassium done to exclude the presence of disturbance in it
