Treatment of flue:
It depends on the cause, so treatment may include conservative management as normal saline nasal drops as silva nasal drops 4-5 times daily, and you have to avoid objects that increase symptoms as dust and drinking enough hot fluid and you can take ntihistamine as cetrizine 10 mg once daily before sleep for 5 days for allergy
Diagnosis of the cause of flue:
You have to visit your doctor for clinincal examination and investigations as CBC to detect infection and Chest x-ray
Symptoms of flue:
- Runny nose
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Arthralgia
- Fever...etc
What i advise you:
Till the right diagnosis you can use cetrizine 10 mg once daily before sleep for 5 days for allergy
