treatment:
- fever and rash are common complaints in children and its mostly caused by viral infections that will recover on their own without long-term consequences, however its essential to observe and monitor symptoms closely, and it's advised to give the child drugs such as paracetamol to lower the fever and Antihistamine such as Loratidine at a dose and frequency based on the weight of the child, drinking plenty of fluids especially water, getting enough sleep, if the symptoms worsen you should visit the doctor
diagnosis:
- diagnosis is done based on the medical history and what symptoms the child is having, and in what sequence they appeared, in addition to physical examination of the rash
Causes:
- Roseola infantum
- Fifth disease
- Hand, foot, and mouth disease
- Scarlet fever
