hi, good day, an isoechoic non-calcified nodule with minimal intra-lesional color flow is seen inthe right lobe measure 2.08 * 1.32 *1.07 cm. (L*W*AP) the isthmus and left thyroid lobe was surgically removed. there are no enlarged lymph nodes seen along the anterior and lateral neck region the major neck vessels are unremarkable could you explain to me what the meaning above and what the solution or medicine for?

What is the meaning for report ?
Its ultrasound image for thyroid gland and neck there is removal of left thyroid lobe and isthmus but the reamening of right thyroid show lesion as a nodule which need FNA and maybe surgical removal according to results, there is enlarged lymph node 
How can we manage the thyroid lesion ?
According to size, shape , colour flow and follow up to know if it is increase in size or not 
What is the role for FNA?
fine needle aspiration to know the contents of lesion and if it is benign or malignant 
How to treat ?
Follow up if its benign , surgical removal for other causes and keep on thyroixin as hermonal replacement therapy
