What is the treatment of shoulder and chest pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve the pain after exclusion of any serious disease such as Clinical assessment in the nearest medical center . You should Avoid prolonged standing and try to apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day and apply Diclophene Gel three times per day to releive pain and inflammation of the muscle . You can Take analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen or Panadol Joint three times per day
