Treatment of right buttock pain
It is common type of pain due to many factors. Firstly, avoid sitting your pain area to decrease it. You can take analgesics like TRUFEN PLUS three to four times daily to relieve pain temporary till determining the cause. If the pain related to inflammation or abscess in right area the treatment will be antibotic in addition to I&D. If the pain is due to sciatica or disc you can use analgesics in addition to physical therapy.
Investigations to do
you can do CBC For level of WBCs which is related to infections or inflammation. Clinical ecamination by your doctor. Also, you can do lower back CT or MRI to exclude disc.
