treatment of snoring
snoring can affect the quality of sleep and can cause sleep disturbance and cause you to be in fatigue and drowsy the next day and it may be due to obstructive sleep apnea which can be treated by weight reduction and in severe cases it can be treated by radiofrequency ablation of the tissue in the throat to decrease its size and it also can be treated by continuous positive airway pressure machine
How to diagnose snoring?
you should be examined by the physician to exclude the presence of obesity and throat and nose should be examined to exclude the presence of infection n the nose of throat also polysomnography can be done to diagnose obstructive sleep apnea
