What is the treatment in this case ? 
we advise you to be examined by specialist to know the cause of this condition , in case of increase heart beats, you will be given a drug like Propranolol to decrease beats . in case of abnormal rythm of heart , there's many choices of treatment that depends on the cause of this condition. these choices include Antiarrythemic drugs eg. Amiodarone , implantation of a pacemaker, catheter ablation , or electrical cardioversion if needed . 
What is the investigations needed ? 
you should undergo ECG , Echocardiography of heart , and arterial catheteisation may be needed . 
What are the possible causes ? 
  • stress and Fear 
  • Infections 
  • Hypertension 
  • Diabetes 
  • Acute corononary syndrome 
  • Cardiomyopathy
