Treatment of heavy menses
It is common problem due to many factors and causes. If your have running heavy menses you can seek your gynecologist to get Hexakapron 1 gram once or twice injection to stop bleeding in addition to Hexakapron 1 gram tabs once daily for days and trufen plus three times daily. You can take hormonal priminur tabs twice daily for ten days to stop bleeding.
Investigations to do
You can do CBC for level of hemoglobin. TSH level for thyroid problem. Prolactin level to exclude increased level in body. US for uterus and ovaries.
