Treatment of menstrual pain
It is common type of pain due to many factors and causes. Firstly, you can increase your intake of water for at least 3 liters per day. You can take analgesics like TRUFEN PLUS three to four times daily to relieve pain in addition to Pyrodixine B 6 daily.
