I have a high blood pressure long time ago & the...
I have a high blood pressure long time ago & the last medication i had received was erstapex 12.5/20..I am taking one tablet at morning before breakfast, lately i found my b. P. Reading was 99/58 so i start take 1/2 tablet for one week but the readings stay the same with high pulse rate (85)..by the way i am also take 1 tablet of tomex (garlic extraction) at night just for helping immune system in Corona time...now i stopped my b. P medicine for one day so b. P start to be in normal range but i know it will Rais after..my Question is... May Tomex with my b. P medication cause this case.. Also may i take my b. P medication at night instead of in the morning... Thanks a lot for your kind intention.

how to treat hypertension
befor treating hypertension you should be diagosed by the physician to be sure that you has hypertension to make sure that you take the appropriate treatment and if the blood pressure become 99/58 with medication like erstapex which is a compination of two drugs which are olmesartan and hydrochlorothiazide so you can solve this decrease in blood pressure by taking only one medication like amlodipine and follow up with the physician to measure your blood pressure and you should continue on aotoreza to treat cholesterol problems
How to diagnose hypertension
you should be assessed by the physician to measure your blood pressure and can use other methods of measuring blood pressure like ambulatory blood pressure monitoring which can give better idea about your blood pressure also renal function tests and fundoscopy can be done to exclude the presence of complication of blood pressure

renal impairment
coronary heart disease
advice
you should follow up with the physician to assess the case and do the investigations
