Treatment of red spots and fever in a child
It is common complaint and related to many factors and causes. It may related to vaccine two days ago. Thus you can apply hydrocortisone cream twice or three times daily to relieve red spots and paracetamol syrup 5 cc twice or three times daily or supp, as needed to relieve symptoms. It may related also to viral infection which need anti pyretic drugs only.
Investigations to do
You can ask for CBC for reassurance only with no need to do other tests.
