I have a fishy odor smell in my vaginal area, i think its a bacterial vaginosis, beginning of year 2021 i had a yeast infection which i treated with antibiotic. Odor prevention, and a rash cream. I did a swab test and a pap smear, which in the end tested negative, and now in november 2021 i have a fishy odor which i believe is due to bacterial vaginosis of over douching and washing with an intimate washz

Treatment of bacterial vaginosis
It is common type of infection. Firstly, keep your area dry and clean . Increase your daily intake of water for at least 3-4 liters per day. You can take metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for one week. Use gynedektazole supp. once daily for three to five days. You can use IDOCARE VAGINAL WASH once or twice daily for days to clean your vagina.
Investigations to do
It is a clinical diagnosis with no need to do investigations for like condition. If there is no respose you can do vaginal culture to determine causative agent.
