Treatment of right upper back pain with breathing
It is common complaint and mainly it is related to muscular causes as the pain is increased with breathing or movement of chest muscles. You can avoid heavy works these days in addition to cold weather. You can take analgesics like TRUFEN PLUS Three times daily for five days in addition to muscles relaxant like RELAXONE tabs twice daily to relax muscles. Apply FAST RELIEFE GEl many times daily to relieve pain.
Investigations to do
You can measure your blood pressure to exclude hypertension. Chest x ray to exclude lung causes like infections or inflammation. ECG to exclude cardiac causes. CBC for anemia.
