What is the the treatment of Enlarged heart ? 
Managment of heart enlargment depend on the cause of this condition , your doctor may prescribe you Beta-blockers eg. propranolol to improve heart function , in case of hypertension, we advise to take your medications regularly esp. ACE-Is . you might need to take aspirin or Anticoagulants if you are in risk for thrombosis . if there is no improvement with medication , you may be undergo surgery as heart valve replacement , coronary bypass surgery and others
