by taking full medical history and clinical examination and doing CBC to detect anemia and infection and , Coagulation factor studies , and Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) level ,and Thyroid function tests and prolactin level , and Hormone assays which are LH , FSH , and doing Pelvic ultrasonography
