What should you do ?
you should know the cause by visit the doctor and doing clinical examination and the treatment of shortness of breath depends on the cause , and at first you should exclude cardiac emergency such as MI and Heart failure , and if the cause due to anemia you can use iron supplements like Ferrus sulphate once daily and if there is chest infection you can use Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days , and you should avoid allergens and take Sulbiotamol Inhaler
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and CBC to detect anemia and Infection and ECG and cardiac Echo. and chest x ray
