Treatment of redness and dryness of eyes
It is common complaint. Firstly, avoid sun exposure these days. Wash your face and eyes with clean water to relieve symptoms. Avoid itching by your hands. Apply betamethasone eye drops three to four times daily to relieve symptoms. You can use chloramphenicol oint. twice or three times daily .
