You may feel this anxiety and think about a particular matter and when you find a solution to get rid of it, but in sick cases, excessive thinking is inherent in you in most things, which may reach the point of obsessiveness and control your life and deprive you of sleep and food and play your social role  Naturally, it may also control your relationships with others.
 
 To control overthinking in your life:
 
-First, you shall exercise regularly to release negative energy, control your emotions, and also control anxious feelings.
 -Practicing relaxation exercises and yoga, which give you the ability to get rid of anxiety and tension and help you clear your mind and empty your mind of excess thoughts.
