Treatment of head pain and dizziness:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can relief headache by conservative management by rest, avoid stress, get enough time of sleep, an you can take panadol extra 500 mg three times daily, and you can take cetrizine 10 mg before sleep to treat dizziness
Diagnosis of the cause of head pain and dizziness:
You have to visist you doctor for clinical examination and investigations as CBC for anemia, blood pressure, sinus x-ray to detect sinusitis, cervical x-ray to detect muscle spasm and disc, and brain CT scan if needed.Causes of head pain and dizziness:
It may be due to:
- Stress and anxiety
- Neck muscle spasm associated with headache on the back of head, dizziness, neck pain
- High blood pressure
- Ear problems as otitis media
- Anemia associated with dyspnea and general fatigue
- Brain problems as tumors
