Treatment of Dengue fever :
There is no specific treatment for dengue fever , and the treamet supportive which are by supportive care in a hospital , and fluid and electrolytes replacment and blood and p;atelet transfusion
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and CBC to detect infection and draw a sample of blood to be tested in a lab for evidence of infection with one of the dengue viruses
