Which pills should I use to get pregnant first?
Well, it depends on your condition weather you have medical issues or not. In general we can say that if you do not have any medical problems, there is no need to use any medications. Just you can have sexual intercourse in the ovulatory period and that will increase the possibility of getting pregnant. However, there is a drug called Clomiphene citrate (clomid) that is recommended for those who have ovulatory problem as in polycystic ovarian syndrome. Furthermore, OCP (Oral contraceptive pills) can also be recommended in case you have hormonal disturbances. So it's recommended to have a full medical examination by gyne & obs specialist.
