Treatment of nasal alleregy : 
you should avoid allergent agents , and avoid dust , and do nasal wash with normal saline , and you can use nasal spray that contain cotisone to reduse the inflammation , and we advice to use Anti histaminics like Loratadine 10mg once daily at night to reduce symptoms , and if there is an infection you can use Amoxicillin 500mg 3 times daily for one week 
Diagnosis : 
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and doing CBC and nasal examination by scope abd CT if needed 
Causes : 
  • Infection 
  • Allergy 
  • Nasal polyps 
  • Sinusitis 

Advice : 
you should visit the ENT doctor to get proper managment
