Treatment of chest pain :
the treatment depends on the cause so you should visit the ER to exclude cariac causes such as myocardial infarction or angina in these cases it's associated with difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain , and if chest pain related to musculoskeletal trauma, in these cause the pain is well localized and for long time and relieved by analgesia like Ibuprofen 400mg 2 times daily and Declofen Oint. 3 times daily , and if Chest pain related to respiratory causes, such as bronchitis or common cold or lung infection , in these cases, the pain is associated with cough, fever, chest-wheezing you can use Antibiotics like Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 6 days 
Diagnosis : 
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and doing CBC to detect infection and ECG and Echo. on the heart , and chest X-ray 
Causes :

• Cardiac cause 
• Chest infection 
• Trauma 
• Muscle spasm
