Hi Doctor,
I had vaginal intercourse with a sex worker and the condom broke, i pulled out immediately and replaced the condom. Now i am concerned if i would have contacted any std. Should i take PEP? And if so where can i get a prescription ?

if the condom boke during intercourse then there is risk of STD transmission
and you should has many lab tests to be done to exclude affection with any of the sexually transmitted disease like AIDS or Hepatitis B or gonorrhea
you should has HIV antibodies in the blood done to exclude affection with AIDS and you should has HBSAg and HCV antibodies in the blood done to exclude hepatitis infection and if there is any discharge from the vagina done then you should has culture for these discharge to exclude gonorrhea or chlamydia infection
