Im 23 female. Im having lower abdomen pain since last night but not consistent. For one week im just having blood spot. Im not having any trouble peeing. What it may be? Hope you can help me please. Thank you

What is the treatment of lower abdominal pain ?
The treatment of lower abdominal pain depends on the cause , and at first you should exclude the surgical emergency problems like appendicitis , and if there is UTI you can use Antibiotics Like Cefaclor 500mg 2 times daily for 5 days with Uroclean powder 3 times daily for 15 days , and if the cause due to renal and ureteric stones you can use Cystone 3 times daily for 2 weeks , or by surgical removal , and for PID you can use Metronidazole 500mg 2 times daily for 10 days
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and doing CBC , Urine analysis , Stool analysis ,vaginal examination , Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound , and hormona assay like hCG
