Sometimes, unruptured folloicle may enlarge in size to reach 2 -3 cm which is called small cyst. It is benign condition does not cause any symptoms or complications to the patient thus do not worry. Also, there is no need to take treatment and drugs to treat it as it is spontanously dissappeared without treatment. After 3 weeks of abortion you can do TVS again after your menses
Investigations to do
There is no need to do blood tests. only, TVS after your menses
