Hi at the back of my head, lower right skull, it has sudden pain last saturday night that is still on-going till now. It's like having a stiff neck. It's painful to turn my head to the left and to the right. What should I do? And what is the cause of this? Please help.

It's like stiff neck except that the majority of the pain is not on the neck. It's on the below most of the skull at the back..right side. Please help
