Hello Doctor! After I stop breastfeeding my baby , my breast becomes very small like almost flat. So, what should I do ?

Why do breast reduce in size after finishing breastfeeding?
Well, during pregnancy under the effects of hormones especially the estrogen, the breast cells and glands start to enlarge. After delivery, prolactin hormone wich is the hormone that is resposibe for production of breast milk icreases that allow the breast looks large and full. After deleivery and finishing breast feeding, all hormones that has been increased during pregnancy and breast feeding will go back to their normal levels, so the beast size will eventually get smaller and return the original size.
