Treatment of absent menses

actually I'm planning for pregnancy bt the problem is from past 8 months I'm facing a problem of irregular periods... that time suddenly gain my wait so Dr told me bcoz some lifestyle changes it may happen something she told that was bcz of hormones imbalance she only advice me to put down my weight so I did ....i put down my weight almost 15kgs bt still I'm facing a pblm of irregular periods ...dr could u plz advice me what to do now to get normal menstrual cycle n to get pregnant
