Treatment of headache and vomitting:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can relief headache by conservative management by rest, avoid stress, get enough time of sleep, an you can take panadol extra 500 mg three times daily, and it may an urgent problem that needs surgical intervention as aubarachnoid hemorrhage in brain.
Diagnosis of the cause of headache and vomitting:
You have to visist you doctor for clinical examination and investigations as CBC for anemia, blood pressure, sinus x-ray to detect sinusitis, cervical x-ray to detect muscle spasm and disc, and brain CT scan if needed.

It may be due to:
