Am Nalwadda Maria Goret, here humbly requesting u to advise me about what treatment can I use for chest pain, spinal cord and back pain which has taken 1yr& half, some times stop and comes back

Treatment of pain :
the treatment depends on the cause so you should do clinical examination and we advice for rest for at least 3 days and cold compressors every 20 min , you can take trofen 600mg three times daily and use diclofen gel 4 times daily and for muscle spasm you can take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation , and for chronic inflammation you can use coticosteroid as recommended
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing clinical examination and CBC to detect inflammation and X-ray and MRI on the back and ESR
Causes :
muscle spasm
fatigue
carring heavy things
herniated disc
back trauma
Advice :
you should visit the orthopedics to get proper managment
