Treatmet :
At first you should visit the gynecologist to do clinical examination and pelvic ultrasound , if there is and remenant products of conception the treatment will by doing D&C and may prescribe Mesoprostole , and if there is vaginal and cervical infection you can use Metronidazole 500mg times daily for 10 days , and for UTI you can use Cefaclor 500mg 2 times daily for 5 days , and for pain you can use Paracetamol 3 times daily
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing clinical examination , CBC , and hormonal assay and Pelvic ultrasound , and examination of vagina and cervix
