Treatment of prolonged menses
it is common problem mainly in newly married females. Firstly, avoid stress and anxiety in early marriage period. You can do prolactin test to exclude increased level in newly married females. I see there is no need to take drugs in first time as irregular and heavy menses is expected in early time after marriage
Investigations to do
You can do prolactin level test and TSH for thyroid problems. Also, you can do US for your uterus and ovaries
