How to treat brain damage and low heart pulse and deep coma
this problem my be due to brain haemorrhage which can be treated by surgical intervention to evacuate the hematoma in the brain and in other simple cases of brain haemorrhage then mannitol can be used and if slow heart rate persist then pace make can be inserted
how to diagnose brain damage and low heart pulse and deep coma
the case should be evaluated by neurosurgeon and CT brain or MRI can be done to evaluate the brain problem and exclude brain haemorrhage or brain infarction and ECG should be done to evaluate the heart rate also blood coagulation tests like INR should be done to exclude abnormality in it
