Treatment of back pain and fever
It is common problem. It may related to infection as there is fever. Firstly, you can take analgesics and antipyretics like Paracetamol 500 many times daily as needed to relieve symptoms. You can take course of antibiotic like Ogmen three times daily for one week to treat infection till seeing your doctor
Investigations to do
You can do CBC for level of WBCs. Urine analysis to exclude UTIs. Back x ray and abdominal US as needed
