I have been having depression and was taking anti depressants for the past 8 years. I have recently stopped it . I'm planning to have a baby after 3 -5 years . I also have pcos. So will I be needing injections and hormone shots to get pregnant? Will it be difficult for me to get pregnant naturally because of my history of depression?

Does depression affect or prevent pregnancy
Usually, stress and depression may prevent pregnancy but it is not considered as a major cause thus do not worry.
What should I do
You have to visit your gynecologist for evaluation and examination. To do US and TVS to evaluate uterus and both ovaries to exclude PCOS.
Investigations to do
You can do prolactin level to exclude increased level. TSH for thyroid problems. US for your uterus and ovaires. AMH test also
