My 5 year old son is vomitting .since 4 hours he...
My 5 year old son is vomitting .since 4 hours he has thrown 5 times.now he is just feeling but nothing coming out.i gave him domel twice but he vomitted out that too.ibwill be thankful if you can help.

Treatment of vomiting :
the treatment depends on the cause so you should visit the doctor to do clinical examination and at first you should avoid dehydration so you should plenty of fluids and water , and some cases they may need Intravenous solution , and It is recommended to take an anti-emetic injection like metochlopromide 0.2 mg / kg , and if there is Inflammation of the intestine and parasites you can use Metronidazole 250mg 2 times daily for 1 week
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and doing CBC to detect inflammation and Stool analysis and measure the electrolytes and Ultrasound on the abdomen
