Treatment of heart burn :
the treatment depends on the cause so you should visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation , for treatment we advise rest, reduce the intake of fats and sugars, and drink water in sufficient quantities, and in case the cause is H.pylori infection you can use Pantovir 40mg twice daily , Metronidazole 500mg three times daily , and Clarithromycin 500mg two times daily for 14 days , and for hear burn only you can use Pantovir 40mg once daily befor eating
