Hi doctor.. my husban had kidney stone. before one month he did oparation (laser treatment) and now he have some pain in left side... so may i know why it's pain like that and what we need to do now. please tell me

Treatmet of flank pain :
the treatment depends on the cause and to know the cause you should visit the urologist to do clinical examination , and we advice for drinking much water daily and avoid salts , and if there is UTI you can use antibiotics like Cefaclor 500mg times daily for 10 days , with Uroclean 3 times daily for 15 days , and if there is an ureteric stone you can use Cystone 3 times daily for 15 days or treat it by surgical removal , and for pain you can use Ibuprofen 600mg 2 times daily
Diagnosis :
taking a full medical history from you , doing clinical examination , doing urine analysis , doing CBC test , doing urine culture , and doing pelvic U/S
Causes :
urinary tract infection
Inflammation of the kidney
Prostate infection
reanal stones
