I have a 8 year old boy, sometimes and suddenly he suffers from very painful headache. This thing happens maybe every month and at the evening only. What's the reason for this please?

What is the Treatment of Headache ?
Do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center to exclude any serious infections or conditions such as Epilepsy or Menengitis . If the lab tests were normal you should have balanced healthy diet contain all essential nutrients to body and to drink water as much as you can and to Sleep well and regularly and your doctor will prescribe medications such as analgesic as required such as Paracetamol .
What are the investigation required ?
Physical examination for any abnormal signs with Complete blood count for anemia and Blood glucose level for High or low blood glucose level . Sometimes Ct Brain for brain diseases .
