Treatmet of leg pain :
the treatment depends on the cause so you should do clinical examination and you can use pain killer like Ibuprofen 600mg times daily with Celecoxib 200mg once daily for one week , and if the cause due to chronic inflammation you can use coticosteroids as recommended , and we advice for rest and cold fomintation and if there is muscle spasm you can use Relaxon 3 times daily for one week , and at first you shuold exclude leg ischemia and DVT

by taking full medical history and doing clinical examination and CBC , and X-ray and MRI if needed and Duplex scan
