no bleeding at all after CS delivery
It is expected to have bleeding at CS delivery less than vaginal one. Your bleeding or blood may delay if the doctor does not open the internal cervical os during operation. There is no problem and do not worry.
Investigations to do
You can do US to evaluate the uterus and determine if there is bloody collection inside it or not
