In your case, A positive result means it's likely you had coronavirus (COVID-19) when the test was done. You must self-isolate immediately to prevent transmission , and if there is an fever and pain you can use Paracetamol 500mg 3 times daily , and use Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days , and with supplements like Vitamin C 50g daily and Zincol 20mg daily
