What is the treatment of lower abdominal pain ?
Dear customer, there are many causes that causes pain in lower abdomen. So firstly you should visit the doctor for evaluation of your condition and to exclude appendicitis as the treatment depends on the cause. If there is UTI, it's recommended to use Antibiotics such as Cefaclor 500mg 2 times daily for 5 days. Uroclean powder 3 times daily for 15 days can be used too. , If the cause due to renal and ureteric stones. The treatment depend upon the size of the stone. If it's less then 0.5 cam, you can use Cystone 3 times daily for 2 weeks. If it's more than that it can be treated by ESWL or by surgery. Furthermore, if there is PID, you can use Metronidazole 500mg 2 times daily for 10 days.

Diagnosis : 
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and doing CBC, urine analysis, stool analysis, vaginal examination, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound and hormonal assay like hCG.

• Kidney stones

• Acute urinary tract infection 
• Inflammation of the kidney
• Pelvic inflammatory disease
• Vaginal and cervical problems
• Pregnancy 
• Sexual transmitted disease
• Others
