Hey doc,goodevening,i carried out an abortion,used...
Hey doc,goodevening,i carried out an abortion,used tablets,put 3inside vagina 2 in mouth...after few hours statrd bleeding with clots BUT as i startd bleeding two tablets came back from my vagina together with blood....but i never stoped bleeding till aweek passed....after aweek...and i had stoped bleeding started getting abrown vaginal discharge and some little back pain... what could be the cause of this please....will be glad if am responded to.thank you so much.

Treatment of vaginal spotting and brownish discharge after abortion
Firstly, you have to seek your gynecologist doctor for evaluation and determine if your abortion is complete or not. Your abortion may be incomplete and need further treatment like more tabs or E&C to evacuate the uterus
Investigations to do
You can to TVS for your uterus to determine if abortion is complete or not. There is no need to do other tests
