I have fungus in my penis it transfer by unprotective sex i did tratment but in my penis too much itching stil have and fungus areas skin still black and itching all gential area how to treat again this problem?

Treatment of peins infection :
the treatment depends on the cause so you should visit the urologisit and doing clinical examination , for fungal infection you can use antifungal agent like Fluconazole 150mg once daily for 3 days and Micunazole gel 2 times daily for 1 week , and for Bacterial infection you can use Metronidazole 500mg 2 times daily for 10days and use Ceftriaxone Injection 500mg once , and Bacitracin Ointment 2 times daily
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and CBC to detect infection and Urine analysis and take biopsy from skin lesion to detect the cause
