I catched covid and i v been coughing dry for 2 days now, today i feel like i have something in my chest (airway) but it doesn't remove by coughing and the syrup i got (prospan) is not doing anything , any help ?

What is the management of Cough ?
- Good hydration, drink as much water as you can
- Eat healthy food
- Keep yourself warm and protected
- Use over the counter painkillers as acetaminophen or ibuprofen
